Ben shares that mental health through his observation is inexcusably misunderstood. Our world is ever-changing. The demand for individual responsibilities and required skills have exponentially increased function productively in the modern world. He believes in the idea of change and growth known as “The Matthew Principle.” Taken from the Gospel of Matthew, it can be summed up by saying that the person who has, will be given more, while the person who has not will have more taken from them. The small changes and steps we take over time led to more opportunities in the direction of our choosing, whether we choose to move forward or backward. It all starts with a conversation.
