Rates
H.O.P.E. accepts most insurances and allows private pay. H.O.P.E. offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program to all who are unable to pay for their services. H.O.P.E. will base program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate on the basis on age, gender(s), race, sexual orientation, creed, religion, disability, or natural origin.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in-part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for therapy services. If this is something you need help navigating, please feel free to call the office at (270) 321-4198 and ask for assistance with understanding insurance payment or co-payment.
Our agency recommends asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment
HOPE accepts cash, check, Flex Card, HRSA Cards, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
